Matt Vidler is not only our clinic Manager, but also a certified Yoga and Qigong teacher. Like many of you, he was searching for a way to restore his health and he found it through movement.

Qigong (pronouced Chee-Gong) is all about regulating the systems of the body to improve your overall health. Many practitioners report lower blood pressure, lower stress, improved balance, and increased flexibility amongst many other health benefits.
Qigong is the “grandmother” of Tai Chi, and is suitable for people of all fitness levels: from the extreme athlete to the extreme couch potato!
Taught in a very accessible style, you will learn to regulate your breath, improve movement and balance, and cultivate mental focus in a safe and judgment-free space.
For those with more ambitious fitness goals, Matt’s yoga classes offer a more challenging practice where determination, physical strength, balance, flexibility, and range-of-motion is developed.
